Day 7: Preston to Kendal

Day 7 

 Sun has come out at last and after a morning at church and visiting with friends Steve is ready to head off again. Aiming for Kendal 45 miles away! Please keep supporting.

A slight delay at the end of the day due to a thorn creating a puncture but managed to get it sorted after changing 2 inner tubes and finished the day in Stoke-on-Trent.
